This is the area where all of the wines that come in contact with wood are left to sit quietly under constantly controlled temperatures. The wines are aged in 225-litre French and American oak casks. Our wines ripen and mature to excellence here. When they reach the pinnacle of perfection they are bottled and then enjoyed.
